With great pride and sheer ecstasy, Delhi School of Management feel proud to announce its HR Conclave’17 “Technological Advancement in HRM” which was held on 09.02.2017 in Smart Class Room L 2 Administrative Building DTU, which was filled with eager minds waiting to be inspired by the hour-long talks of Six eminent professionals from the industry on a common stage where they shared their experiences and knowledge pertaining to the theme of the event - "Technological Advancements in HRM".
The conclave was addressed by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, DTU, Prof. Yogesh Singh, followed by Dr. Rajan Yadav HOD Delhi School of Management, then all the Six eminent professionals Mr. Anil Rathore head HR India Bulls, Mr. Madhup Agrawal Head HR, India Mart, Mr. Ashish Srivastava VP HR, Relaxo, CDR (Retd.) Babita Rawat Dir. Support Function, Metaflex, Mr. Bharat Chhabra, DGM L&D, TPDDL, Mr. Prashant Vijay Asst. Dir. BD, Flexing IT.
After their inspiration talk, a 30 min Question Answer session helped many students to understand the challenges and opportunity they will be facing when they enter the industry and become successful future managers and leaders.
Delhi Technological University has been a premier engineering institute in the country since its establishment. Home to some of the brightest minds in the country pursuing their careers in the fields of Engineering and Management, DTU has completed 75 years of sheer excellence this year.
Delhi School of Management (DSM) was established in 2009 with Delhi College of Engineering (DCE) acquiring a University status, being officially renamed as Delhi Technological University (DTU) through a legislature passed by the Delhi State Assembly.
Altogether, Conclave ‘17 was a grand success, with the students being truly motivated and edified by the speeches of all the personalities and provided an opportunity to the students in understanding how they will become future managers and leaders.
