With great pride and sheer ecstasy, DTU announces its 3rd Convocation to be held on 08.12.2016
Prior to the main convocation ceremony, a formal dinner “Golden Pride” shall be held at the Vice Chancellor’s residence at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, 7th December 2016 in honor of Gold Medalists of the University (2015 & 2016).

To enhance the prestige of the evening, Olympian Gold Medalist & Illustrious Alumni Group Captain R.S. Bhola will preside over as the chief guest. After the commencement, Prof. S.K. Singh, Dean Alumni Affairs will address the gathering followed by an address by Mr. Sanjay Diwan, President, Alumni Association.

The address shall be succeeded by testimonies of Gold Medalists and an address by the Vice Chancellor, DTU, Prof. Yogesh Singh. The program will culminate with a word of enlightenment from the chief guest, followed by a cultural program and Dinner.

A total of 69 Gold medalists shall be honored, 25: B.Tech, 7: B.Tech (evening), 2: MBA & 35: M.tech. 
   
Delhi Technological University has been a premier engineering institute in the country since its establishment. Home to some of the brightest minds in the country pursuing their careers in the fields of Engineering and Management, DTU has completed 75 years of sheer excellence this year. During its glorious history, DTU has excelled in imparting technical expertise and knowledge to its students and has given several eminent professionals and scientists to the nation. The University holds an enviable placement record wherein, in the just-concluded academic session 261 companies visited the Campus for their placement and made 1211 job proposals. The highest salary has scaled up to US $1,90,000 p.a. by Google, a US based MNC, while a domestic salary of Rs. 30 lakhs p.a. was offered by Goldman Sachs.
