Delhi Technological University deeply saddened by the loss of Registrar, Col.(Retd.) Neeraj Suri , on Monday 27 th February 2017 after suffering from cancer. He joined Delhi Technological university in July 2014 as Registrar and had been an active part of the University administration ever since. A very honest and thorough professional, Col Neejay Suri (Retd) has an eye for detail in any assignment entrusted to him. He was a person capable of handling confidential information with utmost diligence. Everyone in the office will miss his ready smile and helpful attitude around the department. He was always giving compliments or a helping hand to the Staff and Students of DTU. He was always professional and pleasant and remembered everyone's names. He made sure we knew we were appreciated and we are truly going to miss him. Col. Advance Leap in Technology And Intelligent Robotics of DTU

The field of robotics is growing at an ever increasing pace and new ideas are being proposed every day.  ALTAIR  (Advance Leap in Technology and Intelligent Robotics) the robotic team of Delhi Technological University which was  established in August 2016 has made an autonomous robot using Arduino for the Zonal round of  World Skill Competition  and for the National Round, they have developed a new robot using NI my RIO and plan to use computer vision to analyse the surrounding environment and for lifting objects. DTU boy gets annual salary of 1.25 crore from US-based cab-hailing company Uber Technologies.

Delhi Technological University (DTU) is proud to have students like Sidharth Raja, a final year  Computer Science & Engineering  student who has received a job offer with an annual salary of Rs 1.25 crore from United States-based cab-hailing company Uber Technologies as a software engineer in San Francisco USA office. Sidharth Raja is not the only success story from DTU as in 2015 Chetan Kakkar  Computer Science & Engineering  student was offered an annual salary of Rs.1.27 crore from software giant Google. In the past, many students have been offered Rs.70 lakh per annum by software firm EPIC, Rs.28 lakh by bankers Goldman Sachs and Rs.19 lakh by Amazon and much more.
